Terms and Conditions

Updated 2 Nov 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and its virtual fireworks wishes, provided by Orsus Tech. By using the site or buying a wish, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Payment Policy.

The service

We provide virtual fireworks shown on your screen, with a greeting you can share through a link. No physical fireworks or goods are sold or delivered. Free previews are limited in time and in the number of crackers shown.

Your account

A verified mobile number is needed to create a wish. You are responsible for the number you provide and for activity on your account.

Your wish and its link

Prices and what each pack includes are shown before you pay. Completing a purchase means you agree to pay the displayed amount.
Your share link stays active for 20 days after payment. It is then deleted automatically, together with the names and message in the wish, and it cannot be restored.
Anyone who has the link can open the wish, so share it only with people you choose.

Acceptable use

Use the service respectfully. Do not impersonate others, or add abusive, unlawful or misleading content, or links, to a wish. You are responsible for the names and messages you write. We may remove a wish or restrict an account that breaks these rules.

Advertisers

Ads submitted through the advertiser panel are reviewed before they go live. You are responsible for your ad content and for the rights to any image you upload. We may decline or remove any ad.

Our content

The site's design, code, effects, sounds and branding belong to us or are used with permission. You may use them only to enjoy the service, and may not copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit them without permission.

Changes and availability

We may update these terms or the service and post the changes here, and may interrupt access for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, subject to applicable law.
