Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Wishes are digital and are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. Payments are non-refundable once made, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This applies even if you do not use the wish, do not share the link, or the link reaches the end of its 20-day validity.

Cancellation

You can ask us to cancel a wish by contacting us. Cancelling removes the link but does not entitle you to a refund.

Incorrect charge or wish not delivered

If you were charged incorrectly, or you paid and your wish link was not delivered, contact us with your registered mobile number and payment reference. We will review it and provide any remedy required by the applicable law of India.

Failed payments

If a payment fails but money left your account, it is normally returned by your bank or payment provider according to their timelines.
